What does HOTMan do? Compresses & Converts BitStream into Hardware Object File. The Hardware Object File includes Methods for Remote Hardware Upgrading of Target systems with IP Addresses, BitStream Management and In-Program Use.

How useful is it ? 1) Upgrade your Hardware Remotely anywhere in the world over the internet.        2) BitStreams are compressed, so you can fit more Configurations in your Archives and Flash. 3) Send Bitstream designs from within C++ or JAVA Programs over Windows, Linux and Solaris (API's included).

What are some features of HOTMan ? Each Hardware Object contains a unique header file which provides:

Network Deployment Protocols Addresses & Server Command data,

Target Location ID Information on sthe ystem, board and device location of the targetted FPGA to be configured.

Object Methods Access Addresses and commands for connection to/from the hardware for data transfer.

Documentation Control with Author Information, creation date, comments as well as options for auto-version/revision control numbers.

What is HOTMan Personal Version? The Personal Version of HOTMan has all the features of HOTMan 1 except the HOTServer Mode. You can run HOTMan and all it features. Upgrading of Hardware must occur on the LocalHost only. If you connect the Target Hardware to your computer. Than the Personal Edition is an economical solution for you.
